Due
to the current state of the course it is expected that it will not
recover in time for the presentation tournament, even if the weather
improves. Therefore the competition part of the day is cancelled. The
presentation dinner will of course still take place as scheduled in the
evening.

Dear Golf Club members,
It is my pleasure to invite you to participate in the Presentation
Tournament and to attend the Presentation Dinner that will take place on Saturday 26th January 2019.
The Presentation Tournament format is played “against Par”
with handicap adjustment.
Basically it is played as a modified stableford competition.
The shot-gun start
is at 12:00. Please use Proware in case you want to enter the Tournament or
join us for the dinner, or both.
Entries for the Tournament and/or Dinner will close on Monday the 21st
January at 12:00.
It is however strongly recommended to enter for the dinner as early
as possible.
Presentation Dinner
The Dinner and price giving will take place at the restaurant of the
Golf Club Rozenstein in Wassenaar,
starting at 18:30 with a welcome aperitif.
Dinner will start
around 19:00.
Please find attached the menu for the evening. Please indicate
your choices for the courses on the registration sheet below and return this
sheet to me by latest 21st January to
allow the organization to finalize the arrangements with the restaurant.
The Cost for the dinner is € 37.00 per person, which includes an
aperitif.
Drinks at the table will be at your own costs.
I hope that many active and non-active members can make a special effort
to attend the dinner and price giving, since this is the final opportunity to
celebrate and acknowledge all winners and achievements of 2018.

This
is to remind you that on Sunday November 11 the annual Chairman’s
Challenge is scheduled. Registration will remain open in Proware until
Saturday evening.
The format of the day is a Pairs Better Ball stableford with a small
twist. Participants will play in pairs and the best stableford score on
each hole is taken. The Chairman and Captain will also play a better
ball round and establish a new par for the course. All rules will be
explained before the round.
Please register preferably as a pair but you can of course also register
on your own. Single entries will be paired by the organisers. You can
add the name of your playing partner in the “opmerking” field during
registration in Proware.

Format: Pairs Better Ball, stableford. Par for the day set by the Chairman and Captain playing at the same time.
