Dear EGC Members,

Please Note: The ESTEC Golf Course will be closed for the whole day on Friday 8^th September due to the ESTEC Teams Day.

To All on-site(/work-force) Members:

For this edition of the Teams Day, the Golf Club will run a Golf Experience activity at/on the Practice Area by the Golf Check-in hut, starting at 10:00 with the aim of enticing new members to join our great club

Please ‘spread the word’ amongst your (non-playing) colleagues to come along and ‘have a go’.

We plan –

• To run the activity from ~10:00 for 3 to 4 hrs;
• be done on a drop-in basis and will not require pre-registration;
• have set-up a number of Golf activities around the Golf practice area by the Golf Check-in Hut (Practice Nets, chipping & putting green & 1^st hole tee & 9^th hole chipping on to green to give a flavour of playing golf and the ESTEC Golf course;
• have a Golf Pro and a number of member volunteers to guide the activities; 

Attached is the flyer for the Golf Club. If you are able to, please hang this up in your corridors/areas to advertise the Activity and our club.
