Dear Estec players,

Today, the 16th of September the first match of the Zeegersloot/Estec  Challenge 2019 was played at the Zeegersloot Golf Club.
In total 35 players participated. The format was Individual Stableford.
Nobody could complain about the weather,…….

The Estec players did a good job, 3 Estec players had a score from 30 and above. Rafael Lucas Rodriquez had
a great score of 37 Stb!!
Congratulations Rafael !

3 players from Zeegersloot also had a score above 30 Stb with the highest of 32 Stb.(see the list with the results)

The 3 best results were as follows:

1st place  : Rafael Lucas Rodriques,   37 Stb  (Estec)
2nd place : Henk Doeswijk,                 33 Stb  (Estec)
3rd place  : Jack Beijer,                         32 Stb  (Zeegersloot)

The club result is calculated from the best of 5 and is after the first match as follows:

ESTEC Golf Club is at the 1st place with a score of 156 point

Well done!!Zeegersloot is at the 2nd place with a score of 151 points
The 16th of October is the return match at Estec (4 Ball Beter Ball), see Proware

The Walker Cup is one of the most important competitions for Cat. 2 (exact
hcp > 21.0) players. This is basically the Cat. 2 Club Championship.

It is a straightforward stableford competition and the player with the best score will win the Walker Cup.

Cat. 1 players (exact hcp <20,9) are also invited to participate and will play their own competition.

Format: Stableford (Qualifying)
Participation fee: € 5 (for prizes)

The 2019 EGC autumn seasonal will be played at the Golfpark Wilnis on Tuesday September 3rd, with a first tee time at 13.00.
After the golf there will be a two-course dinner with a choice of fish or meat both for starter and main course.
The cost for the golf and dinner package will be 77,50 Euro excluding drinks, to be paid at the caddy master.
Please register on proware, indicating if you will stay for dinner and if you will require a handicart/buggy.
Your dinner choices can be made on the day of the competition prior to starting the round.
