Unfortunately the Monthly 3rd October 2021 took place with the lowest number of participants ever recorded for a EGC Monthly! Obviously based on the Sunday morning weather conditions and rainy forecast, several players dropped out. Seeing the course conditions from the 3rd green (see attached photo, curtesy BT), I don’t understand why this event ever took place since the option for postponement to next Sunday was open! Have a look yourself!

2021 Granny Smith Trophy (Seasonal): Final Results after 4 events.

2021 Winner:

Brian Taylor with 102 St.P. followed by Stephen Durrant with 101 St.P. and third Andrew Murrell with 91 St.P.

  • 33 different players participated in the 4 2021 Seasonal events (last year 41).
  • In total, 70 players participated in the 4 2021 Seasonal events (last year 94).
  • The most successful event appeared to be Amsterdamse with 24 participants!
  • The average best score was also obtained at Amsterdamse with 31,3 St.P.
