Please block Monday December 10 in your agenda for the 2018 EGC AGM. This meeting will begin at 18:00 in Room Einstein.
During this General Meeeting we will discuss important items from 2018, plans for 2019 and nominate the 2019 committee.
Any points for the agenda, nominations for the committee or volunteers for the committee can be communicated to the secretary (Erik van Ginkel)

The committee would like to inform you that recently 2 wasp nests have been discovered on the course. Their locations are:
1. In the bunker on hole 9. The location is marked by an orange marker.
2. In the bushes between hole 1 and 9. at the level of the single tree behind the water hazard on 1. He nest is in a cut off tree trunk.
This has been reported to Facility Management and these nests should be taken care of shortly. In the meantime please take caution at these spots on the course, especially people with known allergies.
