Standing Bedrijfsleague after matches #5 and #6

Match #5 ESTEC vs BP @ Kleiburg

On June 20 the ESTEC team went on the longest trip in the season to play against BP at Kleiburg (Brielle). Traffic didn’t cause any problems for the players and everyone arrived in time for their respective match. Kleiburg had a few new additions to the course with a finished hole number 16 and completely new green on hole 17 giving the last few holes a complete overhaul. In the end ESTEC managed to get away with what might prove to be a very valuable draw at Kleiburg: 3-3.

Match #6 ESTEC vs Shell @ ESTEC

On June 27 The ESTEC team had the first of 4 consecutive home matches. Usually our season is built on home wins and Shell as the 2017 winner is always a tough opponent. Thankfully ESTEC had a very strong team and could make full use of the home advantage since many of the Shell players were first time vistors leading to a 5.5-0.5 victory for ESTEC.

With 6 matches played ESTEC is in a great position, especially with most home matches still to be played. In the attached file you can find the current standings.

It is still possible to register for the remaining 4 BEdrijfsleague matches in Proware. The Finals Day will be played on Liemeer on September 14. Places are very limited and priority for this day will be given to participants of the Bedrijfsleague.
